Ingredients:
- Kerala Banana/ Ethapazham - 4
- Honey
- Cinnamon dust or powder
Preparation:
- Cut the banana into big pieces and steam them in a closed vessel for 10 mins.
- Check if the banana has become soft. If so switch off the stove.
- Remove the peel from the banana slices and chop into smaller pieces.
- Pour honey for taste and garnish with cinnamon dust or powder.
